Position: Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (1099 Contractor)

Location: In-person (License in Indiana required)

EmpowerHer Women's Care Clinic is a new women's health practice in McCordsville, Indiana dedicated to providing compassionate care to women throughout their lifespan. Our small, boutique-style office fosters a positive and supportive work environment, focused on ensuring that women receive the time and attention they deserve.

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team. This is a 1099 contractor position with the flexibility to create your own schedule. The ideal candidate will have a kind, welcoming attitude and a strong passion for caring for women and experience or interest in pelvic floor health, menopause care, and sexual health.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pelvic floor physical therapy services to women of all ages

• Address a range of issues, including pelvic pain, incontinence, menopause-related conditions, and sexual health

• Create individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed

• Build a trusting and supportive relationship with patients

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana

• Specialized training or certification in pelvic floor physical therapy

• Passion for women's health and caring for women throughout the lifespan

• Preferred experience or strong interest in menopause care and sexual health

• Ability to work independently in a solo office setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Details:

• Part-time position with very limited hours at the start, with potential to grow as the practice builds

• Flexible work schedule, with options for in-person.
