Hello! I'm Katelyn Blackmon, WHNP-BC and I'm the driving force behind EmpowerHer Women's Care Clinic. With nearly a decade of diverse experience in Women's Health—from Labor & Delivery to Outpatient Obstetrics & Gynecology—I've had the privilege of accompanying women through every life stage. My journey towards establishing EmpowerHer Women's Care Clinic isn't just professional; it's a heartfelt commitment to redefine the landscape of women's healthcare.
My journey in women's health began with an undergraduate degree (BSN) from Valparaiso University, followed by a graduate degree (MSN) from Frontier Nursing University. But for me, being a women's health provider isn't just a job—it's a passion. I've always wanted to make a difference in the world of healthcare, to create a space where patients feel truly cared for and understood.
Beyond treating symptoms, I believe in taking the time to get to know each person who walks through my door. Because healthcare shouldn't be just about your symptoms —it's about the person as a whole.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll find me cherishing moments with my family! I am married to my high school sweetheart, Cogan, and together we welcomed our first son in February 2023. In my free time, you can catch me diving into home improvement projects, crafting floral arrangements, traveling, or getting lost in the captivating stories on "The Moth" Podcast.

Hi! I'm Jacquelyn Weller, Family Nurse Practitioner. I’ve practiced nursing care in the acute care setting of a hospital as well as treated illness across the lifespan in a clinic for more than 10 years. My experience includes managing chronic care and preventative health with patient specific plans that we create together! I have provided care in Hancock county for the past 5 years and am excited to continue to support my community through EmpowerHer.
Hancock County is near and dear to me as I grew up in New Palestine and now raise my boys there with my husband, Paul. I earned my BSN and MSN in Nursing from Ball State University. When I’m not busy watching a kid’s soccer or football game, I enjoy playing board games with our boys, traveling, and finding new adventures close to home.
